can anyone please tell me how to do the star thingy on every move of 07:28- 08:13?

An example of the star (neutral positioning) is say...

-> * LP RP LP RP

That means you press -> first

and for the star part you wait until Lei goes into a neutral stance for maybe half a second, then you press his LP RP LP RP buttons.

Basically:

->, wait, LP, RP, LP, RP

It's about figuring out when is a good time to press the punch buttons before that neutral * stance disappears.

this why I hate fighting lei. You never know what the hell he is going to do. First he starts with little attacks, then he acts like he is drunk, then walks around like a bird, then lays on his stomech. next thing you know he has some how kick your ass and you dont know how it happened.....

@CeruleanNight Yeah...I forgot to mention the resolution specifics. Thanks for adding that. I wouldn't do it. I can see it just fine and wouldn't bother. A new game would come out soon, so there really wouldn't be a reason to do that.

@ALThickMadame That is true actually. In my case though it didn't have anything to do with the TV, I was uploading directly to my video camera when I made this video which only took in the composite (Red, Yellow, White) cables. The automatic resolution is 480p, which is pretty low to todays's standards. I suppose I would upload this again in HD now that I have better equipment, buuuut I'm feeling very lazy about it as it will be a 2nd reupload if you get what I mean. :(

@macseven74 Your tv must be small. My bf's little brother's had that issue before they upgraded to a nice sized tv...Now they see everything without having to squint...Getting a bigger tv would make it larger and more visible...
