This is a fantastic video. I really like it.
What kind of controller does the robot use?
Just an open-loop scripted animation?
Very nice!

@PaleyDaley
Thank you for visiting my CH.
I use a simple PID of potision and velocity in ODE program.
Leg position is generated by inverse kinematics of gait command.
Please see response video.
You can see 4legs have feedback reaction like spling and damper.

I see. It's really very good.
I have some videos on my channel you might like. Several use ODE and rendered with POVRay.
Are you going to really build a robot? Have you published any papers on this work?
Hi !
I wached your video.
I'm impressive, especially, to a very real young geisha.
Do you try to overcome uncanny valley with real-time GI renderer?
That's very academic and magnificent !
My purpose is to be able nothing but to amuse someone.
My goal is to make real quadruped robots, and to announce that the person can get on in the junk market.
This is an egocentric project.
The geisha project was to to overcome the uncanny valley. It was to understand it better.
For example, I can control how often she blinks and how much eye contact she makes.
Did you study robotics at university?
Do you have other simulations?
Hellow, Mr. Dale.
Robotics is a hobby for me.
I majored in the intelligence mechanism at the university.
And now, I charge in the mechanism design in the consumer electronic maker.
I am interested in uncanny valley though I am not good at software.
I want to make the real robot with which everyone can be familiar.
impressive moyane!
