@Alberigo121 when I did that I think I was a bit over 200, currently I'm like 180 but not as strong, just finished a long contest prep bodybuilding diet and lost some leverage from being fat lol
I saw on a different video comment list that you we're a pro lifter. When I bench,295x3, my shoulders hurt alot. what should I do to make them feel comfortable with heavy weight?
@cartmenkillsyou I am actually just an amateur power lifter, but shoulder issues are a serious concern during benching. I am gonna send you a private message about it ok?
