It's an old ass windows95 piece of shit "game" where the objective is to hack, exploit, and corrupt as much as you can with out being banned...it's quite fun and easy!

Your an idiot, when you speed up a program you dont speed up your CPU just the timer, it may take more CPU speed but it wont hurt your CPU. Its like playing UO and then speeding it up to use as much CPU speed as counter-strike source or something.

it doesn't "throttle" the CPU, that's overclocking and it's done via BIOS. try playing a really old DOS game on a recent CPU and you'll get the same effect, except you won't need cheat engine to remove processing speed protections on the game in question.
