The latin lyric have been traduce by Hexalby( May The Emperor bless him). Even though, now, the lyric doesnt make any sense with the video....musicaly speaking i think its stil fit with the IG. Anyhow here is the traduction :

1st time I heard this all I could see was wave upon wane of Leman Russ qand Baneblade tank's with mounted IG all fireing at will, coverd over head by thunder hawks all numbering in the billions ! Crushing all before them with a commisar sword drawn in the hatch of the lead tank . No fear in them , no dought, no remorse . It was like seeing the Wehrmacht charge across Europe only more badass !

The funny thing is he did not count on chaos using the whole atheist thing to its advantage. Because man was not warned properly (do to the ignorance of atheism) chaos tainted the gene seeds. And set the roots for the great heresy. Now in a thicket of irony the only thing keeping the imperium from falling to chaos is faith.

@MANKIND68 His plan was to completely eliminate religion, so as to starve out the foul entities of the warp. Then his son Lorgar started that God-Emperor nonsense. The Emperor told him to stop being a fool. Lorgar was butthurt, and turned to chaos. Then the heresy starts. And THEN people started doing the god worship, when the Imperial Cult started. It took a while for it to become the state religion of the Imperium however. The Imperium itself is not a lie however. ;D

Does anyone here know that the Imoerium is based on a lie cuz the Emporer when he was normal in away he told knowone to worship him and said that he was not a god but when he become near enough dead in away people started to worship him and he couldnt do anything about it.
