How to Dispute Youtube Audio Claims

This video explains where to make a dispute and what to say.

When you submit the dispute, the window will look different; this just tells you what to say.

Try making your reason better than what's in the video

Before Submitting Dispute...put this in the description:

I give full credit to the artists and songs used in this video. I do not claim any of the material to be my own.

Artist - "Song"
Copyright holder is UMG

In the reason for dispute:

-Give full credit to artist
-Explain how it can be advertisement for the audio
-Explain that you don't intend to make any profit off of the video, and the video is just for entertainment
-------------------------------------------------------------------

**Instead of the "Dispute Submitted" button in the video...it will say "Resolve Copyright." Then click on "Dispute Claim."

**Make sure you give the artist credit in not only the VIDEO, but in the DESCRIPTION, TAGS, and if you want TITLE

This is the solution to getting audio back onto your video, even though the video still plays.

The dispute will most likely work unless it is an actual music video by the artist or concert videos.

YouTube is only bowing out of fear to the legal machinery of UMG and the RIAA. The evil villains in this scenario are the corporate pricks who never think they have enough palatial mansions, Lamborghinis and high priced sluts to slobber on their knobs.

This only works for WMG. It does not work for UMG. I really wish it did.

It only (very, very) temporarily works on a UMG copyright, and then within 24 hours they block it again.

If anyone has been successful doing this with UMG please let me know.

Arrrg! I'm getting crazy at this! I dispute one of my video 3 weeks ago because it was block in some country but until now no reply! I don't know if they so lazy to read or just storing all the dispute claims. Ironically even though its block in some country, I have "No action is required on My part. My video is still available worldwide". Fuck man!!
