agreeing with amoebavids... it is caused by an increase number of dinoflagellates (plankton) which gives the bloom causing red tides..

Good video overall, I might suggest changing the title to Red Tides due to dinoflagellates (which are a type of "algae"). Red algae are a completely different group of protists that are multicellular and more plant-like.
