don't get me wrong, he's a great producer. by the same token I think Primo is the best "beats creator". I'm strictly talking about his abilities as a rapper which are pretty much overrated. Sure he has a great delievery and flow, but alot his lyrics have been wrote by eminem, luda, ti, snoop, jay-z, and kurupt.. Matter of fact, you can tell on "popped off" by T.I. that Dre's verse is completely wrote by Eminem..

Dr. dre is not considered (by anyone in the industry anyway) a great MC...Dr. Dre is, however, the greatest producer ever IMO. He's better than premo, pete rock, dilla, all of them.
