@wavesofgrain1 That's Bullshit on an epic scale. My roommate lost her job at a temp agency and has been looking and has her info in at 5 Agencies around our town. No calls in 4 months. Businesses are DENYING applications, which is illegal, in order to not be reported as not hiring. I know, I've been to a hundred businesses around town in 4 days and no one is hiring....you Right Wingers are as crusty in the skull as a mummy. Get real!

No unemployment extensions. Business used to receive 20 apps a week. Since Obama continued unemploment and gave them raises, there is ONE app per MONTH! Temp agencies have to dig for anyone, as no one wants to disprupt their unemployment. Giving unemployment benefits raises and encouraging their paid vacations, is one of the reasons businesses are hurting. End this entitlement now! Stop contributing to this welfare state!

The Democrats are more worried about / giving much more energy & effort to get the Dream Act Passed. The unemployed need to pay very close attention while they are asking them for these checks.. this is a short-term solution. At the same time.. they are about to send 2+ (who knows the REAL number.. )illegal immigrant children into the workforce to compete for the few jobs that will be available.. jobs are LOST & not coming back.. this is PERMANENT displacement w/fast, lower cost replacements..
