ATTN: I DON'T THINK I'M FAT
I JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY
!!! I'm a college student and these past few years I've been eating FRENCH FRIES, HAMBURGERS, GREASY FOODS, ICE CREAM, CAKE...ETC. I ate to the point where I got heart palpitations, so NOW I'm trying to change my lifestyle and be healthy.

  • @11visionary11 It's cause I used to have muffin tops...you know when girls wear jeans that are too tight for them and then have fat coming out from the sides? Hahaha. I wear jeans that fit me now.

    Anyways, young girls are easily influenced by the media and can develop disordered eating patterns which can advance into an eating disorder.

    If my videos can inspire just one person to eat and be healthy, then these videos have done their job.

  • Hello there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my BF got hot 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.
