Police Chase Motorcycle in Georgia

Georgia State Patrol chase after a guy they clocked doing well over 120 mph on the highway in Atlanta. At one point speeds hit well over 140 mph and the Troopers lost the suspect. Atlanta Police helicopter spotted the guy taking a break from the chase the guy spotted the Troopers coming for him and got back on the his motorcycle without his helmet and drove off and the chase ended when the Troopers boxed the suspect in and fell from his bike and was arrested. The chase lasted about 30 minutes. When the Troopers asked why he ran the guy said "I thought that I can out run you."

The guy had already laid down in the proper position to be arrested, but the he-man cops want to show they bad ass attitude, they feel like gods when they jump on a none responsive arrest, and on top they have adrenalin running through their bodies from the chase, this is how not to ARREST anyone on a bike, they are putting other people in DANGER, they should radio ahead and have him blocked, but COPS are stupid.

Bikes do not out stop cars, his lack of a helmet meant he couldn't risk a wreck, and outmaneuvering the cars does no good when you have a helicopter waiting, you can't just drive to a secure area and hide the bike when the copter sees everything.

What the rider did wrong was run in first place but once he did that, immediately getting to a secluded area, parking the bike & using alternate transportation would'vee helped, even if he just rode it into the woods off the highway.
