it was a thrilling moment to be there... it'a a pity KC&C were pretty much perceived as a novelty act... and just like Frank Zappa was never as great as when he played with the Mothers, so a reunion with the original Coconuts would be overdue.

I would have loved to be there, truthully.

One of the greatest performers and writers of all time. Please pass on to him, and one and all, that those of us who attended performances, and have the recordings, appreciate the joy, he, and all of the ensemble gave us. And always with a message of peace, love and justice. It was heard and felt.
