Triangle Offense is so complicated, only MJ and KB can master it and make this work so smoothly with the team

They showed the basic "entry" into the triangle. What they didn't elaborate on is the fact the it's a offense predicated by how the defense is playing. What makes it such a difficult offense to learn (and teach) is that everyone must know everyone else's responsibility at all times. Its an "adapt on the fly" type offense. I ran it for the 8th grade teams and the High School JV teams that I coached. Gotta have at least 2 kids that can shoot from long range on the floor though.
