Well, i think its pretty big to see the texture in the video. So i'mma put up the text IF NEEDED to when someone asks me.

The ligthing hook is from a pre-order I order from gamestop. Walmart is another gernade shock thingie.

Also the teleportation is still unknown, since i beat the game I didn't see any new teleportation to use as a power. Only the ligthing thether that the new type of transport around the city

hey answer me plz im almost passing the gae in good karma and i dont have any rocket how do i get them plz plz answer me soon as possible (or somebody knows about it) ohh and by the way how do you get the lightning tether

@CardsTRU Sir, if you have good karma and you want to get rockets, you have to still contiune playing the story missions in order to unlock them. There are 1-40 chapters, so 1-40 missions and a bunch of side missions for EXP and unlock able new skill. Also you gain EXP points (which is like money) where you can use them to buy your skills in the menu or what so ever its call. So finish the "story" mission to unlock the rocket skill. I don't know what mission it is in, so....Good luck my friend.
