I do not know how things are in australia. however I've heard that it is one of the most tolerant countries to live in, so kudos on that. It's not so great where I live. So, in 1996, the minister of women was founded. it's main responsibilities is to create equal opportunities for men and women. andean countries have a long history of violence against women, and this spreads to education, and health. with it's creation, the first female minister in peru was assigned. today, there are 4 (of 17).
