To show the right spacing.
The important thing is not the ultra but how and when you can do it.
It's why i choose slow motion.

That's a good one I've only ever done that once myself, it seems hard to time...

It's all about spacing.
If you are too close of dictator at the beginning, U2 will whiff even in reversal.
But i have to make others test to compare.
Perhaps it depend also if you are crouch or stand during the blockstun, near the corner or not, etc (don't know)
