    The dip is shaky because he's not using a bar, which makes the exercise much harder because it requires a shitton of stabilization. It's superior to a bar dip in exactly the same way that a dumbbell press is superior to a smith machine press.

  • All I am trying to say is it isn't doesn't didtribut the weight evenly through out the excersize. I would just use a machine or a decline bench, if I couldn't do da dip
