Open CONTROL PANEL then click SYSTEM AND MAINTENENCE then SYSTEM then on the left under tasks click ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS than under the ADVANCED tab on the botton right click ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES under SYSTEM VARIABLES find PATH. At the end put ;[PHP PATH HERE]; and click OK. If there is already a semi-colen at the end don't put one.

check our path .Make sure the PHP path is in there.. .or run the php.exe from it's directory ..
