I'm not sure how exactly I got the tech, I've forgotten, and yes I have all three hero pieces.

Sword, Shield and Medal. If I'm not wrong.

These giant robots, combot if I'm not wrong, you'll meet them the part where you fight FATE, Terra Tower if I am not wrong.

uh, almost forgot, if you unequip any piece of the hero equipment, slap of cyrus will miss, and i mean will ALWAYS miss, no joke

i c. didnt notice all the hidden little things that it did. i dont really use pierre much, just go with guile (cuz hes full of guile)

The full Hero's set does multiple things:

1. Buffs his lv3 Tech (instead of healing a small amount of HP, it heals a large amount and boosts all his stats)

2. Makes his lv7 Tech usable

3. Doubles the base weapon power of the Hero's Blade (making it comparable to a Silver Sword)

4. Inflicts critical hits approx. 50% of the time.

The Spectral Sword will slightly outdamage Hero's Blade if you get unlucky with the crits, but it won't make up for all the benefits of the full set.

hero medal give 24% evade (!!!), hero shield give 1+ to def and m.def, and prop sword (hero's blade) gives only 3+ atk and 4+ acc. it's kinda pathetic, one of these gone and "slap of cyrus" becomes "slip of cyrus" (not in the game but u know what i mean). just keep the medal and equip moonglasses and slasher and pierre will be his lovable mediocre self

vampireq is fighting in the bend of time , (the special arena where you fight monsters from all the places u went and the three mystic knights Ozzie, Slash and Flea) to get the slap of cyrus you have to grab the prop sword in tower of geddon, and take it to pierre, the sword will shine and then transforms into the hero blade (once you equip all three things Pierre becomes a decent char (just give him a good armor and something that raises attack thats all, and the combots appear in chronopolis
