how were you able to convert the tape to playable format???

This was on old 2 inch tape, which when I still had connections with broadcasting I converted to 3/4 inch tape, which my son, with a TV station, converted to VHS. More recently to DVD. I am now about to become age 69. I was about 25 when the tape was made.
