Listen for Life ( http://www.listenforlife.org ) presents a Moroccan ensemble playing and singing a traditional melody: Ahmed Hasbi (oud), Atya Wichbaky (rebab), Driss Berrada (drum). The Moroccan people consider it a high priority to preserve their rich cross-cultural heritage. Their musicians are held in high esteem and feel a strong responsibility to preserve and advance their native music traditions, by achieving a high level of professionalism while still maintaining the inherent joy typically expressed in their music.
