It's not THAT bad! I know a 13 year old dude who does illegal drugs and smokes. Heck, I've seen 11 year olds who smoke infront of their parents! I don't agree with them smoking and all; they're just stupid people who are paying to kill themselves. But she's 18 and legal. I don't know why everyone is making a big deal out of it.

i think its her friends and liam..... i will never and i repeat NEVER stop beliving in her yeah shes no the girl she was 4 years ago she grew up i still dont think she should have done drugs Iligal or not but ill pray for her and i hope she gets friend she can really trust.

@hottiee1996 I know!, I hope you don't think I'm bashing her or anything, I'm a Miley fan to DEATH like really but I'm not going to support everything she does or says, but that's ME. Maybe you think it was ok, I don't know. But the thing is that I hope she doesn't fall into drugs, just that :)
