READ THIS FOR HELP: thers no key called startup delay!, the key we are looking to is called "WaitToKillServiceTimeout" its located in the folder called control under the currentcontrolset folder , the default value should be set to 2000, change it to 0 and you are done, just restart your pc. thubs up so people can see
