In May of 2008, I ran into MILK screenwriter Dustin Lance Black at the unveiling of Harvey Milk's new statue in San Francisco's City Hall. He stopped to chat with me about what Harvey's story means to him, and about the continuing impact of Harvey's work.

Much controversy was raised by Perez Hilton's report of DLB's having done naked pictures (or videos or both) having sex (or not) with someone (who is nameless) else. However, over 1,500 comments at the site alleged to have said items shared one common thread: "There are no videos or pictures at this link."

NONE - however, those who claim to have seen them all hide behind aliases.

Now, judging someone because they have sex in private with another consenting adult, that is what I would call plain stupid.

I truly sympathize with Dustin for this picture scandal. I hope it will be forgotten soon. After all, Perez Hilton has to feed on new stuff on and on, doesn't he? So time is Dustin's ally. But most of all he has things to say as an artist and I am courious to hear them (in a place as remote from his home California as Poland). I am with Dustin with all my heart.

You know? What people do in the privacy of their own home is their business, but when you make a video of it with somebody you are just having a romp with.....COME ON!

He really made a stupid choice.
