Thanks to everyone for all of the comments! Just wanted to play a song from my childhood. Who knew this song would even be "popular" again? Was pretty funny when I saw this song played on American Idol. Yikes, showing my age a bit? Again, I appreciate the views and responses.

Anyone who does an acoustic cover on this may sound similar DUH because they're using a different guitar take on the song. Andrew Garcia didn't copy ALL of these acoustic covers, GET OVER IT people. Sorry, it just makes me mad that people can't just accept a talent when it's there. He changed parts where he felt necessary and honestly I think it made for a better cover than this one.

Anyone who has a rock sound and does an acoustic cover WILL sound somewhat similar. People are ridiculous!

there is a specific sound that u get with ur voice (like for example at 1:08) that is just amazing and very good to listen to!! I dont know if i expressed myself right, probably not, (english is not my first language) but u have a genuinely good voice!! post more videos.. :)

I absolutely love what you've done with this song. When I decided I must learn how to play this song, I was psyched to model myself after you.
