Prophecy and History

Sharing scriptures in its relation to history is a key to unlocking the gateway of truth hidden in YHWH. He has revealled through the messiah the words of truth that inspire,encourage and guide those willing to seek God. The historical interpretation of the bible has always been the most effective way of discerning the signs of the time we live in today. Many skeptics doubt the holy writ because of their inability to correspond to the light shared through God's word and the historical data of our human existence. To revere God also known as the "fear of the Lord" is the beginning of wisdom. Once we have faith in God we can begin to understand what history and scriptures reveal. It is a revelation an eye opening experience fill with joy in knowing that God is real and has not left Himself without witness on the earth. The powers of darkness attempt to persuade men to neglect the world of God. The purpose of this video is to reveal some truths of scrpture that will open up the joy of learning about God.

The problem with "prophecy" number 1 is that the Gospels were written AFTER AD 70 (Titus' destruction of Jerusalem), so the Gospel writers could have "fulfilled" this with hindsight. There's no reliable history that the Christians fled the city by prophetic warning. The other prophecies aren't convincing. Note that the NT never predicts the return of the Jews to their homeland.

Jesus falsely believed that the end of the age would come in the generation of those "standing here" (Matt. 16:28).

@psandbergnz there is much information available. The written gospel such as Luke,etc was likely written between 58 and 65 A.D. There were many Christians/Jews that escaped the slaughter in Jerusalem around 66 AD. The city and temple was destroyed in 70 AD. I have replied dear friend because perchance, the Lord may grant him the spirit of repentance and help him walk in the truth. Remember that many sinners have been called out of the darkness of this world into the light of Christ. So the Spirit searches for the lost that can be saved. Heaven will be filled with "ex"-somthings, all of us have fallen short by sin, but the Creator is merciful and lets the rain down on the wicked and the just so that all may have food to eat and grow. Why would you even bother replying to him? Look at his profile, it's obvious why he hates the Bible so much. He is a homosexual and the Bible condemns it, of course he'll fight against it. Most of the stuff he said is completely out of context, WRONG, or he tries real hard to make the Bible wrong when all you need to do is understand the wording of it so you can interpret it better. The prophecy in Revelation and the hatred against YHWH alone is enough to believe. He is a victim of dialectics.
