Abrazos.

Thank you for taking the trouble to write this uplifting comment. Really appreciated - please let me know how you work progresses. Once you start becomes very addictive. Enjoy xx
I made a hexagon quilt many years ago and thought it was a lot of work. When you watch your videos, sincerely convinced me that his technique is wonderful, especially the cutting and sewing time. Thanks for sharing, I'm so motivated to go out insurance now to buy the materials to make another quilt. Hugs.

Hi Stacey - depends on how big your hexagons are for finishing off - there are many many methods you can use - if you are using large hexagons - then create half hexagons for straight edge. Small hexagons you can applique edge onto strip of fabric to create straight edge. Depends on size of hexagons if you want to quilt? There is loads of stuff on internet/youtube showing you how. Will try and post more videos soon!!!!!! Really busy at the moment! best wishes Jax

Thank you so much for this video. But as you have shown, it is not necessary to remove the paper. Is that correct? Or should we remove it? Thank you so much again for yr excelent video. Silvia

Hi Silvia - Its a personal choice - if your work is going to be washed you will definitely need to take the papers out before washing - otherwise you end up with a mess of wet papers - the ink could run from print thus marking your precious work - the common sense rule is to take papers out when backing or lining your work when you are entirely happy with your design Keeping papers in for as long as possible does help preserve shape. I am thankful that the sample shown has its papers intact!
