  • Carolina has Jordan. Michigan State has Magic. Both programs are legendary. ACC plays weak D. Big 10 plays the best D in college basketball.

  • @YogiBear13 i agree and lets remember that Izzo lost his best player early in the tournament which is amazing....again he took a more "average" talented team all the way through a regional and too the final four

he is soo underrated, listen to the guy he knows his basketball and thankfully the Big ten has him to stop all the big 10 bashers and the ACC kiss ass

  • Carolina won the championship last year but had more talent. When Lawson and Hanborough left last year they brought in a top 5 recruiting class that has some very good biggs.

Meanwhile MSU brought back a very good team in a deep Big Ten conference. 4 top 20 teams in the Big Ten. MSU got a 5 seed but should have been a 3 or 4 and look who's back in the Final Four.

Six Final Fours in 12 years for Izzo now.

  • Izzo is probably one of most underrated coach...he produces winners year after year

5 final 4's is an amazing feat

  • Izzo is a better coach than Williams but doesn't get the talent Roy Williams gets. Izzo could coach Carolina current 2009-2010 team and get them to the tournament. Williams has to have All-Americans to win and to even get to the tournament. Izzo is an excellent coach and I hate Izzo. I think Izzo is a little overdramatic at times. I don't think his former assistant coaches are very good like Crean, Heath and Gregory. Crean and Gregory are mediocre coaches at best.
