And Russia doesn't really have "cool toys" as they haven't seriously invested in their military in 20 years now. Which is why nearly all their equipment is from the Soviet era. The British navy has already surpassed the Russian navy as it continues to deteriorate each year as more of its navy ships get scrapped with no replacements for them as Russia can't afford maintenance of their Soviet era fleet let alone afford research and development of new ones.

Russia says a lot of things. Bottom line is low frequency radar is severely limited, inaccurate, and incapable of tracking an object. At the very best it can give a general area where an aircraft is and even that would be difficult.

Stealth vs. S-400? Target altitude from 30' Target spd 3 mi/s. Russia says stealth is not a problem anymore. S-400 long-wavelength radar can see it. Successful B-2 missions over 3rd world countries but they dont have technology yet. S-400 will be sold to other countries. One B-2 plane cost > 2B. You say I should pay more taxes and just shut up and be happy, well that is debatable. How come Russian military budget is 1/10th of US and they have all the cool toys. Your thoughts?

yup~ but the germans never did use it in the world war because of the building cost and stuff...
