Once again, thank you for sharing your monday afternoon with us here on Kababayan LA. This is Southern California's first and only, locally produced daily show, for and a batch of filipinos. Well this afternoon, we will meet the choir, the first and only choir to win TWICE in the European Grand Prix for Choral Singing and yes, they are FILIPINOS.. here they are. :)

@benshanggemini5 In fact, the only people who bring up "being from the province" are people from Manila who are simplistic. When I try to hold a conversation with them I have to clarify my points several times because they are too dumb to get it after one go. I think Visayans compose music that is slightly more creative and emotive than Tagalog music but I don't think were superior people for that.

@benshanggemini5 It seems to be a Filipino thing. Every group seems to think they are the best. Another thing is Filipinos make a big deal about being from the city or the province. I live in Toronto and almost all the Filipinos here are "from the province." And most of these people are well-educated. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between being "from the province" and having lower intelligence. I think people from Manila just want to believe this because they need to put people down.
