Pinellas Patriots (Pinellaspatriots.org) stage our 3rd 35 mile, 24 car Health care funeral procession through Central Pinellas county on August 1st.

Central Florida's Pinellas Patriots stage their third funeral procession by proclaiming the death of liberty, health care, and every constitutional right we once knew and took for granted.

EVERY COUNTY, EVERY CITY, EVERY MUNICIPALITY should organize a funeral procession of their own. Don your vehicles with flags and signs to "enlighten", your fellow citizens. Simply drive a few miles under the speed limit, put on your lights and hazards, and have fun! This is also another way to promote your Tea Parties, the Washington 9.12 March (912dc.org), and local 9.12 groups as well !!!

  • You held a funeral procession for the old healthcare 'system?' The one that forced thousands of people to die each year because they didn't even have the money to get or keep insurance?

I don't know why you would do that - unless you're just upset that Barack Hussein Obama has actually ACHIEVED some of what he set out to do. Why be afraid of Obama's success, when our country has needed a leader like him for so long?

God Bless Our Nation And Our Freely Elected President!

  • Powerful statement by citizens who care enough about the country and fellow citizens to put themselves out there.

  • I actually had it printed out. I am not going to try to read that entire bill on my computer. Between flipping through pages and general eye sore, it would be too much.

Unfortunately I cannot afford JEJ to read it, so you will have to deal with the subpar sound of my voice.

  • You got a subscriber.

PDF isn't the funnest to read.

Maybe we can get James Earl Jones to read bills on tape.

From my POV, I love to make a judgement based on all sides of the story. Rather it be from Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, or Rachel Maddow or anyone else.

But the best bet IMO is to read it yourself and judge for yourself. The only truth we'll ever find is in ourselves and in our respected religious beliefs (including athiests).

  • If you want to see my pov watch the videos on my channel. Though I have set up a new channel "HR3200Explained" in which I will be explaining the language of the bill. In bout an hour and half going to get the actual bill printed out. I hate having to look through it online.

  • "he commissioner will set up the regulations so that companies that are too small will be pushed towards buying into a larger plan"

Thats what I have a problem with. Pushing them to get into buying private plans. And I feel that, while not right off the bat, they will be forced into taking a government insurance plan.

We will disagree, but at least you put up the credible source. And because of it I am considering your pov.

Thanks for backing your words up :)

  • Sec 113 (b) is about studying where that line is drawn both in terms of people in the self-insured plan and statistically necessary financial backing to remain solvent. The commissioner will set up the regulations so that companies that are too small will be pushed towards buying into a larger plan rather than setting their own plan up. This does not mean buying gov insurance, but rather it includes buying bc/bs, aetna, or other private plans.

  • sec 113 (b) pg 21 is probably what you are referring to originally. This section discusses self-insurance: where a company sets up its own insurance fund rather than buying into a corporate plan. When a company is a certain size they can accurately estimate costs because they have a large enough sample size (polling terminology). Whereas small and mid-sized groups might not be large enough to allow for accurate estimations and thus risk insolvency because of costs going too high.

  • So bear with me:

Title 1 sec 102 pgs 16 to 19 full text hr3200 relate to allowing current health plans to be grandfathered in. Non grandfathered health insurance (perhaps only individual insurance) will have to be through an Exchange-participating health benefits plan. Employment health insurance grandfathered in will have to meet a minimum standard of insurance.

I am still working through this part so like I already said, bear with me.
