"Departure Leg" also known as "Upwind", or am I wrong?

The departure leg can be called the leaving leg, the goodbye leg.. all sorts of names. The upwind leg on the other hand is another leg - not covered here - on which you fly when you do a missed approach. You would basically fly the upwind leg at TPA and the same way you would the downwind leg.
