how to set up foreign keys in phpmyadmin. we are using two tables accounts and accounts_type. type id of accounts_type will be foreign in accounts table. i will show you how to do it in phpmyadmin.

  • Thanks for this. I was getting frustrated before I watched this because I didn't realize I needed to create an index on the fields that were going to have a foreign key. I guess PMA lets you have an internal one which really doesn't accomplish the same thing unless you do all your work within PMA.

    In response to everyone to can't hear this, turn up your damn volume.
