5 Watt QRP SSB QSO with XE1RK

Solar numbers are up there again! 10 meters has opened up for short spurts but if this QSO with Ralph XE1RK is any indication of whats coming, then things are going to be fun! 5 watts again from the Yaesu FT-817nd - 15 meter delta loop @ 10 feet...

The Band is coming alive. I have a Yaesu 817nd also. I use a Zero-Five vertical on 10,12,15,and 17m. 5watts or less will work. hope to catch you on air sometime we can have a x2 qrp cw qso. AC5CW .. SKCC 4229T

Thanks Victor, Its nice to see 10 meters opening up again. Hopefully it will give a repeat performance of what it was like in the 90's...That was a great cycle! I hope to get set up for some digital soon, I will surely look for you...
