Insider Info: Metro Phoenix and Scottsdale Real Estate Market and Home Sales

Hi I'm Jeff Cameron with MRW Homes in Scottsdale. Thank you very much for tuning in for this Special Announcement Regarding the Metro Phoenix and Scottsdale Real Estate Market. It is January 24, 2012. Certain activities in our real estate market have brought me and other insiders to a conclusion our market is about to jump in value. I was told "spiral." I wanted to get this information to you as soon as possible.

Let me quickly explain why:

1. Inventory is at an unhealthy level not seen since October of 2005. Some are forecasting inventory to be 30% lower by May.
2. Foreclosures and Short Sales are down. Traditional is now 75% of Active.
3. Defaults are down -- both borrowers late and those in foreclosure.
4. Consumer sentiment -- the news is beginning to spread.
5. Economic Fundamentals -- economy is growing, creating 34,500 in Metro Phoenix over this last year.
6. Home values are depressed, in some areas values match those of 1995.

My goal is to reach as many of you as possible and as quickly as possible. I wanted this to be Short and Sweet! I have quite a few home sellers I am working with. For some waiting for a higher price is better, for others it is not. I have a lot more home buyers that I am working with. I am purely an example of what is happening in the greater market.

We have too many buyers and not enough sellers. Banks are approving shorts quickly, so no reason to give a premium on a short. Foreclosures at all stages are down.

This was the most efficient way to reach those of you on the screen and those that still need to call me.
