Because it is testing the handling characteristics of the veh and load in a worse case scenario. Doing it on dirt would mean not being able to get past 30mph without it loosing grip.

You are? It cant refuel aircraft though mate. So if you do it will be carrying ground fuel. Just dont drive it like i did in the video!!
