With the grid addon , do you heal someone in one click in the grid itself or do you cast it by pressing your spells ?

If you heal by clicking the grid how do you configure it?

If you need a timer and another addon to track it is actually up, then I think you may have other issues such as carrying out a task and breathing, or wondering what flavour your monitor is inbetween licks to confirm.
