Typical power output of a small wind turbine

My first wind turbine is up and running. In this video, I show you the watts, amps, and volts being produced. I think there are several improvements I can make to increase these numbers and hope to share those modifications with you in future videos.

@ripadisc Yes, the charge controller is homemade. I'm not happy with the design so I will not recommend it. I plan to build a new one some day when I can spare the time. When I do that, I'll be sure to post a new vid. Good luck with your setup.

A very Informative and for me "motivational" video. Your comment about what appears at first to be a small power output, made me think, "... but he's actually doing something!" wow 13+ i have only got about 8v. out of my P.O.S. set-up. nice vid

small out put adds up over time. a leaky faucett costs a lot of water.

and when the wind doubles , the power factor goes up by a factor of 8.
