KB Kickboxing - Sparring (Continuous 1)

Sparring at KB Kickboxing is as safe as a contact sport can be. Contact must be light and controlled. We practise two styles of sparring: points and continuous (this video is continuous fighting). Sparring is not obligatory. (Of our 700+ Members, about 200 prefer not to spar). Students are apologetic if they feel their contact has been too heavy - fully respectful of the school ethos. KB Kickboxing is centred upon a tactical sport, fun and safe. It is not about full contact and knocking somebody out.
