Fair Use upload. This series is offered for textbook sales in the United States and has caused a lot of 'blowback' because it is uneven in its treatment of Communism. The critics worry that it is some times not obvious that the United States was compelled to react to Stalin, and by the time Stalin died, the Soviet Union was on so much momentum that it didn't collapse till the late 1980s

  • There really is a lot of drivel in here.

  • @wanker4761 I can't dispute what you say, but I realize the challenges of making such a video about such complex topics, and the need to let some statements sink in for the viewer. On the other hand, there are comments that are useless or even deceptive, but on the whole, that is what makes it ideal for the basis of conversations and debates on these events and analysis of those events.

  • @elarrebat Keynesian economics a left-wing policy. It advocates a more egalitarian society and distribution of wealth, increased government spending and bigger government involvement in economy in general. capitalism and Keynesian economics are not mutually exclusive. political left in a democracy is not the same as communism or socialism.

  • @breadedcat lol!!!

  • @thefallen1982 yarrrr

  • "American politics shifted to the left?" What's that all about? The New Deal a leftist policy? Hello? That was Keynesianism, that is capitalism through and through.

  • @awesomeness1121 You're not special.

  • @rightgirlhere Stalin was just getting the land that Poland took in the 1919 Polish-Soviet war back.

  • Hey thanks for uploading, I'm only just starting to look at the history of the cold war and this is the only "complete" series of events I have found. However, it seems to be taking some flak from you guys - care to elaborate a little? Or maybe you know of some other stuff worth watching you can forward to me? Thanks!

  • Where is Episode 2?was it removed up?
