How to Adjust Truss Rod on a Guitar

You are incorrect. There are 3 methods by which you can adjust action of the neck (stated easiest to hardes):
1. adjust truss rod tension
2. raise or lower the bridge with a shim
3. shim in the neck
As long as you make small tweaks, the necessary neck curvature will be preserved. Trust me I have tried all these methods, and the trussrod is the correct one to make in 98% of cases. Flattening out the neck too much hardly ever happens. Also the method you propose leads to the most f@#k ups.

PLZ READ THIS HELP
hi
i practice daily and keep my semi acoustic guitar in the cover for night(until i sleep) and it can extend up to morning and evening
coz i practice only in evenings
so my question is should i regularly tune and loosen the strings coz my dealer told me to do so regularly but some guys told me that you shouldnt coz its a matter of a day and you can keep the guitar tuned for days if you practice daily
so someone PLZ TELL ME SHOULD I TUNE DAILY AND LOOSEN THE STRINGS?or not?
Terrible! Clockwise or Counter-clockwise? Which direction does one choose based on the direction of the warp? Stupid!

@scienceisgod1 Don't call yourself stupid. It's demeaning to you and your monkey friends. Anti-clockwise usually releases tension, and bows the neck... in most instances. Clockwise normally turns up the tension and makes it less bowed.
