腰痠背痛是小腹惹的禍?!
一天下來,常常腰痠背痛?!
經期來時,經痛、腰痛的厲害?!
早晨起床,腰椎有僵硬的感覺?!

現在大多數人,不管是男生、女生,是胖、是瘦,多少都有小腹突出的困擾;外觀上,因此多了好幾歲,年輕的男生,因為宰相大的肚皮,看起來像中年的歐基桑;年輕的女孩,­被人誤以為是結婚生子的媽媽;但影響的不只是外觀,更嚴重的在造成脊椎的過度擠壓,悄悄成為脊椎健康的殺手之一!
小腹的突出,由脂肪囤積所造成,與運動量的不足與不良的姿勢有很大的關係;年齡倒不是主要的問題,只要規律的好好運動,就算是四、五十歲的壯年人都可擁有年輕人的好身材唷­!
接下來就一起用簡單的小撇步,來擊倒小腹便便吧!
