  • This video brings back a lot of memories for me as well. I was a teacher there for a couple of years. Out of all the national anthems of the world, I think Namibia has the best! And the way these learners sang this anthem was how I remember it: it brings a tear to my eye because I miss the life I had there. Great video!

  • lol...thats my high school...the greatest school n centre of excellence....in northern namibia....God bless my school...

  • Oh Namibia, I miss you...

Southern Afirca was one of the best times of my life...

  • The best anthem is "Südwesterlied" ("Hart wie Kameldornholz"). It is the best anthem.

  • Gabriel Tapopi 0 Ihad friends who taught there. I was at Ukuule in Onyaanya

  • Ongwediva!!!!!!! We usually visit that place a lot. I love Namibia. Glad that we live here. :)

  • Me too, I was a Peace Corps Volunteer 2007-2008 and this does make me miss Etomba village where we sang this every school day.
