  • I'm all for punishing places that hire illegal immigrants. I think the punishment should be less severe when a good case can be made that they were honestly duped. Sorry, but you shouldn't lose your business if you hire someone that gave you flawlessly counterfitted documentation.

  • I agree. if a business can demonstrate that thy followed the standard I9 documentation and have it on file both at the site and with the feds (as is required by law) they would be off the hook. but we both know that a lot of illegals are hired 'off the books' and businesses that do that must be punished.

  • I thought you were a west coaster, what are you doing up so early?

  • hey you are one to speak aren't you about 600 miles due south from me? I work nights, so I am not up early, just very late... :)

  • what you need to do to end illigal imagration is ether give people lots of chanses for legale imagration or screw it and make you nation suck for everyone

  • good point

  • I think if we really want to do anything about illegals punishing those who hire them, rather than the illegals would be the only real way about it. But I agree, no one should go out of business because they accidental hired an illegal.

  • I think that Jesus would vote for universal health care.

  • You are an honest and brave man to have articulated the points on this video. You are also quite correct. Laws must be obeyed or changed. Currently health care *is* rationed. Including illegals will further limit health care resources for citizens and legal residents. The single payer system may well increase rationing and decrease quality. jmho

  • No argument here. To reiterate I never said we shouldn't deport people ever, only that it was a bad idea to have getting any medical treatment mean immediate deportation.

  • Well what you seem to be arguing is that health care will have to be rationed at some point. I don't disagree, and I do think that if resources are low, citizens should get priority. For me, this goes without saying.

But this only applies to that which needs rationing. Most medical care does not fall under the category, so what I would say it that they are prevented from getting rationed healthcare but not deported for getting it.

Deport them any other ways you wish.

  • Ah! I see, yeah I was up since about 4am today. Long story short I was up all night the night before and crashed at about 7. I might make you a quick response video right now, but I need you to respond to the question I ask on the first health care vid, did you see them?
