@noseminer gravity? man i think you mean that the air is thinner and has less oxygen because mexico city was a long way above sea level, This place is still in the same atmosphere as the rest of the world. much harder to breathe there so u cant say records are easier to break e.g 1500m, 5k, 10k etc.. but i understand what your trying to say :)
