At long last, it's time to confront BubbleMan!... and an annoying little bugger he is, too. BubbleMan is, essentially, a coward, and his style of battle reflects this, as he constantly hides himself behind obstacles, be it a high-health boulder, an endless stream of bubbles, or even a BubbleWrap toward the end of the fight. He also stays on his back column, meaning you'll need decent range chips, as well as penetrating types like Bubbler. Ironic that that seems to be one of the better chips to use on him... With the Bubble Wash incident behind us, the day is done!

  • And now for the annoyance of grinding for BubbleMan V3 Chips (Well not now, but in the future at some point)... Man, I think he must be the most annoying because of the situation to even find him, but at least BodyGuard wrecks every Navi in this game

  • @CylusHylia Too bad the Element Slash combo from VarSword won't work on him...

  • Roahm, if you move MetalMan into an obstacle, he instantly breaks it (if memory serves). You could've broken the rock and dealt 100 damage to him. =P

  • @Oathblivion Ahhh, interesting.

  • Heh, wait till chessman shows up.

  • @laszlo1234567890 I like KingMan actually, I've never really had an issue with him to be honest.

  • You know, if Lan actually cashed in all the life favors people owe him, basically everyone would be his eternal lapdog.

  • @JeffGC64 I wish! That would allow for some truly broken chip combos. The Lava cannon + lava stage would annihilate everything. Sadly the ability to both charge chip types and add passive bonuses wasn't introduced until the next game. When they replaced style change with soul fusion, they also made it so that the chip elements were expanded to include things like +/- breaking, objects, etc. So attack plus 30 became a +/- element chip. Only way to boost your damage is with the navicustomizer.

  • @twilightiger Also another noob question, if you have heatstyle lets say, if you use a heat element chip, will the damage be boosted from the chip?

  • stand out is sort of like geyser from the second battle network.....

    I think........

  • i love that phrase: wishy washy

  • @JeffGC64 Water Style shoots out a bubbler that damages two panels for 40 damage. Wood fires a twister that hits the second panel in front of you for 10 damage 8 times. It also has a slight stun affect. Guts teaches hyper armor which eliminates flinching, break charge which cracks panels, and break buster. It also passively doubles the megabusters attack power and mashing B turns it into the machine buster. Shield grants a barrier at the beginning of battle and teaches block, shield, and reflect

  • Wow, Chaud seriously needs to get over himself, whatever bug crawled up his butt must be huge

  • @RoahmMythril Hey Roahm what do you mean "if you know where bubbleman is you can just skip to him"? ( I know I will need to get the shrink item first) but does that mean i can jack out and go to a short cut or find a shortcut on the Net?

  • @RoahmMythril By the way, if you have yet to beat Battle Network 3 prior to making this series of videos...you will LOVE the Post Game story. It's great and introduces a brand new character into the story; much like Bass. Im not going to spoil much if you haven't been there yet, but I promise you'll enjoy it! I wouldn't mind getting back into the series as well, so if your looking to have someone join you in the lets play series, feel free to let me know and i'd be happy to join in:)

  • I just realized. BubbleMan is following the same tactic you used to deal with his Robot Master counterpart. "The best way to deal with this guy is to keep your distance." Thus, his constant retreating.
