Tried out a bottoms-up tactical turkish get-up. Basically holding a 16KG kettlebell in a bottom-up position and performing a tactical (high hip bridge) turkish get-up.
Originally saw Dr Mark Cheng from Kettlebells Los Angeles performing one of these, and had read about them in the DragonDoor forums, so I thought I'd give it a try. Not as graceful as Dr Cheng, but it's a start.
