This song and all the others, was recorded before all of this extradition stuff began...Gary has not been able to touch an instrument since, for fear of the emmensity of dark emotion that would overwhelm his psyche. He has been inhabiting a very dark place for nearly ten years.

Gary simply isn't going to jail for what he did, acknowledging the comprehensive patterns left by governments over many years makes this extremely clear to me, the best thing gary can do for himself is to act as if he has just been told that he does not owe anything to this world for the nonsensical and undefined crime that he is accused of.
