Game Over

I drowned in Zora's Domain, left it on the Game Over screen for a while, then came back and selected "yes" and this happened. No idea wtf happened or if it can be reproduced.

You know it happens alot so just reset.I bet it happened when you went in water and clicked teleport  just at the edge of the health bar.Needs good timing.You're good at timing then.*claps*

It's impossible to warp underwater because in wolf form, you can't dive. And you can't warp while swimming either.
