@EZGlutenFree We learned about the GF Bisquick a couple of months ago and I've started using it more and more as the replacement for my regular GF flour. To me, it seems to act more like regular wheat flour in most of the things I make.

That gravy looks awesome. I've been using gf bisquick in all sorts of baked goods but I had no idea you could use it for gravy. I've been using cornstarch. I'll have to try this out next time.
